In order to offer our customer more flexibility, we have a complete foundry with the capability of dry-outing our castings up to 800°C before delivery.

For many applications, prefabricaated components from our foundry can be installed.This gives you as a customer the opportunity to many benefits. Among other things, installation can be carried out with your own staff, no dry-out is needed for the facility after performed repair work, and the time needed for interference is normally minimized.

Throughout our manufacturing flow, we can provide a customized quality control system with required documentation. For instance, supply test records from spot test, and printings from graphs of dry-out.

There is always a risk of damage when the refractory constructions will be exposed for heat for the first time. Therefore, to ensure the highest quality in our prefabricated castings we use an electric dry-out furnace which contains a control system to ensure a programmed dry-out.
